Where Is God?
In the midst of all the evil taking place in the world today, many people are asking themselves "Where Is God"? Many wonder if He is comfortable up in heaven - looking down on all of us - doing a whole-lotta-not-much...
This leads to the assumption that God is in a far-away place.
So, Where Is God?
Romans 14:12 says, “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”
The mere fact that people even ask "Where Is God" shows evidence that God is not operating in their lives (Isaiah 59:2 Your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.)
Today's Christian - or the Modern Church has been so watered down - and not operating as Christians did in ancient times. In ancient times, they had One Holy Bible; today we have versions and variants that have used language to dumb-us-down and water down truth...
In addition to this, Christians back then had a sense of duty, loyalty and commitment that no one shows today because the Modern Church promotes SELF!. (Mark 4:19 “And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.”)
They oft blame God for the evil that is taking place and question WHY HE isn't doing anything about it. This is human err because God gave us dominion over all of this! (Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.)
In ancient times, the people of God used to fight against the giants in the land. Satan knew he didn't possess any power. (Joshua 13:12 All the kingdom of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants: for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.) The Satanic system created a plan to get the people to believe they were powerless; they attained that by promoting SELF. When God didn't fulfill their desires, the people blamed God- In addition to this, people started to believe they were powerless because their lives didn't go they way they wanted it to.

Today's Christian is plagued with many emotions; These emotions lead them to believe they are filled with the Holy Ghost and believe the possess the ability to move in the spirit. This is the true spirit of the antichrist. To be filled with the Holy Spirit is to walk NOT after the FLESH! (Romans 8:1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.) God requires obedience to His Word - nothing more - nothing less! When (anti)Christians make something more out of it, they are possessed (For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king. 1 Samuel 15:23)
Today's Christian is headed towards disaster unless they put to death the deeds of the flesh, (Galatians 6:9 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.) because the most important question you are going to have to answer is Where Was God IN YOU! (Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.)
If you claim to be In Christ and you are not a part of the One Mind-One Heart-One Body which is Christ-Jesus, you are headed for trouble! (Job 23:13 But he is in one mind, and who can turn him?) We need to be putting away with the sin in our lives and get ready for life's final battle. (Revelation 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.)
It is OUR JOB to fight the good fight (the evil that is in the world today). Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. He even gave us the proper attire. (Ephesians 6:10-18) But the anti-Christians get weighed down over petty grievances because of the iniquity in their own hearts that others show them... (Habakkuk 1:3 Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.)
Those genuine Christians do not ever wonder where God is because Jesus is Alive and Well IN Them. (Revelation 22:4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.)
